2025 ATC Semi-finalists announced

Australia’s premier startup competition is marking a significant milestone – its 15th year – and it could very well be its most competitive year to date. With 229 entries across 18 industry categories, this year has seen a record-breaking level of participation.

From this impressive entry pool, 72 semi-finalists have been shortlisted.

The surge in participation highlights not only the strength of Australia’s entrepreneurial talent but also the increasing international relevance of startups stepping into the spotlight.

What's next for the semi-finalists?

ATC Semi-finalists now step into an exclusive growth program designed to accelerate their success. They will access commercialisation experts, investors, and industry specialists to help scale their ventures and amplify their impact on the global stage.

First up is the International Growth Masterclass & Networking Program in Sydney on 18 June 2025. This full-day, interactive workshop is designed to help founders refine their pitches, sharpen their strategic direction, and build high-value connections across the innovation ecosystem. After receiving personalised mentoring and developing a Business Growth Plan, it all leads to the big stage: the Final Pitch & Awards Night on 17 September 2025. Australia’s most promising scale-ups will pitch live in front of a national audience, with industry leaders and changemakers in the room.
