The judges have had their say, and the countdown to the big finale on Tuesday, September 15 is fast approaching.

After another competitive round, our independent panel assessed each Semi-Finalist’s business plan, commercial potential and overall strength to determine who would progress.

It's been a big couple of months, filled with interactive workshops, a full-day Masterclass, mentoring and growth planning. More than 240 applications were submitted, 95 semi-finalists were shortlisted, and now we're down to the final 33 across 11 tech categories.

Since 2010, the Australian Technologies Competition has built an alumni network of more than 600 semi-finalists, many of whom have gone on to achieve significant success in Australia and internationally. This year’s Finalists now have the chance to add their names to that growing legacy.

We would like to thank everyone who entered this year's program. The calibre of companies and ideas made for an incredibly strong field.

And without further ado, meet the innovators progressing to the Finals.

What's next for the ATC Finalists?

In the competition’s final phase, finalists will take the stage to pitch their business in person and engage in a live Q&A with the judges on Tuesday, September 15. Attendees are welcome to join us for the whole day or for those categories they are most keen to see, before the celebrations continue into the evening.

Tickets are on sale for the National Awards Night, where around 200 founders, investors, entrepreneurs and industry leaders will come together for an evening of celebrations and networking. We’ll announce the category winners before crowning the Australian Technology Company of the Year 2026, with a standout entrant walking away with an investment package that includes both cash and expert support services. Bring on the Finals!
