Lyle has practised corporate, commercial and property law for over 20 years in some of the leading law firms in both Australia and South Africa. Lyle’s practice has included advising government entities and large, medium and small corporations.

 

He has extensive experience in advising in both commercial and property transactions, including private equity and venture capital investment, the acquisition and disposal of business assets and companies, due diligence investigations, incorporated and unincorporated joint ventures, franchise arrangements, and various forms of commercial contracts.

 

Lyle’s extensive property law experience extends to commercial conveyancing, commercial and retail leasing, land acquisition claims, and property development transactions. Lyle has a particular expertise in all property aspects of major business acquisitions and sales.
