Pat is the Executive Chair of Impact Tech Ventures (ITV), a company that provides strategy and growth execution support to technology scaleups solving the climate and environmental challenges of the APAC region. ITV formerly ran the Australian Technologies Competition.

Pat has held a variety of Chair, Board and Advisory Board roles in technology and non-technology companies, government grant programs and industry advisory bodies, including NSW Cleantech Grants and Chair of AIIA’s ESG Advisory Network.

 

His experience expands over 20 years in technology commercialisation and international business development has included co-founding three companies, angel investing and providing funding or commercialisation support to more than 900 early-stage companies.

 

Pat has been a judge of a wide range of accelerator and award programs and delivered more than a dozen entrepreneurship and growth strategy programs in Sydney and Hong Kong. 

 

He is a regular speaker on climate and environmental challenges and technologies and co-author of two books on venture capital and angel investing.
