Renate is a sustainability and climate-tech founder with a career spanning engineering, large-scale infrastructure, corporate advisory, not-for-profits, and startups.

 

Renate is the General Manager and Program Lead at Tech Ready Women (TRW), where she is responsible for commercialising and scaling the organisation. She leads the design and delivery of founder programs, partnerships, and revenue strategies, working closely with startups, corporates, and ecosystem partners to support women in building and growing sustainable, investable businesses.

 

Her focus is on creating high-impact, practical programs that drive real outcomes from idea validation through to revenue and investment readiness, and supporting female founders ride the rollercoaster of entrepreneurship! All while having fun!

 

Alongside her role at TRW, Renate is the Co-Founder of Adaluma, an ESG data-verification platform helping banks, corporates, and governments access real-time, audit-ready, verified sustainability data that stands up to financial decision-making and regulation.

 

Her work is grounded in deep technical expertise and shaped by hands-on experience across Australia, New York City, and beyond.

 

Having worked with everyone from grassroots organisations lifting communities out of poverty to Fortune 1000 companies navigating ESG, climate risk, and regulatory reporting, Renate is known for translating complex data and policy challenges into clear, practical pathways.

 

She brings strong lived founder experience and pairs serious expertise with a positive, light-hearted approach, equally at home on a construction site, in a boardroom, or in a startup pitch room.
