Sean is a Senior Partner with Global Executive Search firm Odgers Berndtson, leading the Technology Practice for Australia and New Zealand.

He leads the execution of Executive Leadership appointments at the Chair and CEO level on behalf of Global Multinational, ASX Listed, and PE/VC backed high growth early stage Software companies.

As a founder, Sean scaled his own Executive Search firm, Oceans Group, leading it through an exit and acquisition by a large Human Capital Management firm. He brings this experience to his clients to help them assess and understand the qualities it takes to build and scale a technology company.

His early career was in Key Account Management, working for global brands such as Gossard, Jockey and Lyle & Scott.

With English Heritage, Sean calls Sydney home; he spent his childhood years in Jamaica where he was born, and in Pakistan where he attended school, before moving to the UK and eventually emigrating to Australia in 1999.
