Sheridan is an award-winning transformation leader with over 25 years of experience helping businesses scale and transform through a human-first approach.
She has led strategic, operating model and digital transformations across the finance, education and real estate industries, most recently as Chief Information and Technology Officer for Charter Hall where she was recognised in 2023 as Australia’s CIO of the Year.
Prior to Charter Hall, Sheridan was Director of Strategy & Change and then Chief Information Officer for Cushman & Wakefield in Asia. In these roles, she helped reshape the organisation’s structure, operating model and service mix around its core customer groups while building the digital foundations that supported its emergence as one of the industry’s dominant global players.
Passionate about supporting others, she has mentored in the REACH accelerator program, lectured on human-centered innovation at UTS, and advises on multiple programs to support emerging female technology leaders.
She currently chairs the Sustainable Digitalisation Project, which provides pathways to ensure technology and data are used responsibly, ethically, and sustainably.
Sheridan regularly speaks on human-centred leadership and innovation, has an MBA from the China Europe International Business School and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
